About Zora Capital

Zora Capital was created to acquire one great B2B business in New England and carry it forward with care, continuity, and disciplined leadership. I believe succession is not a transaction — it is continuity. A strong business is built over years through relationships, people, reputation, and steady work. My goal is to partner with an owner who cares deeply about their legacy and wants a thoughtful successor to operate the business directly and build for the long term. I am most aligned with companies in industrial services, specialty B2B services, niche manufacturing, value-add distribution, environmental services, and commercial maintenance. I am typically focused on businesses in the $400K–$1.5M EBITDA range, but fit and values matter more than category. Zora means “sunrise” — the beginning of a new day — and reflects my belief that succession should honor what works and thoughtfully continue the story into its next chapter.
