Inventory Clerk

The Inventory Clerk (Materials, non-exempt) maintains accurate, traceable inventory that keeps production supplied in an aerospace manufacturing setting. The role keeps assembly on schedule by receiving and inspecting incoming material, stocking and labeling parts with FIFO and shelf-life control, and kitting parts to work orders.

Inspection at receiving includes checking certificates of conformance and lot, serial or heat number traceability. The clerk also closes out work orders in the ERP system, runs daily cycle counts and reconciles them to system records, tracks open purchase orders, and tags nonconforming material according to quality procedures.

It requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of inventory, stockroom, warehouse or receiving experience, Microsoft Office.
