Parts Warehouse Coordinator

Parts Warehouse Coordinator American State Equipment Co. – Little Chute, WI Join the American State Equipment team, where reliability, hard work, and customer commitment drive everything we do. We’re looking for a Parts Warehouse Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship customer and service orders with precision Process inbound/outbound UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipments Stock shelves, manage returns, and help maintain accurate inventory Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs. Assist with deliveries, pickups, and basic yard maintenance Support daily opening/closing of the department Experience & Education High school diploma or GED equivalent required 1-3 years of warehouse experience preferred Able to obtain a Forklift Operators Certification Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to demonstrate product knowledge Ability to work with team members to solve problems that may not have an established resolution method.
