Client Alignment: Deeply understand client requirements and ensure all project outputs align perfectly with specified expectations. Interdisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate effectively within internal teams and across various departments to facilitate seamless project execution. Timeline Management: Adhere strictly to predefined delivery timelines and ensure the timely completion of all assigned tasks.

Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, project-specific documentation, and accurate timesheets. Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor project progress and maintain meticulous documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous quality standards, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed customer specifications and internal QA/QC processes.

Error Mitigation: Apply strong attention to detail to ensure zero-error delivery to clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering (BE Civil). Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD 3D. Standards: Strong understanding of international building codes, construction methodologies, and architectural standards. (US Work experience will be an added advantage) Resilience: Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines while maintaining absolute accuracy.

Analytical Mindset: Excellent numerical and analytical skills to solve complex spatial or structural challenges.
