Surgical Institute of Reading is hiring a full-time Sterile Processing Technician Up to $7,500 Sign on Bonus! Our state-of-the-art facility has five operating rooms and one procedure room, allowing surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of: Anesthesia, Gynecology, Orthopedic, Orthopedic Foot & Ankle, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, General, and Spinal Surgery.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum of 1-2 years of Sterile Processing experience Completion of a Sterile Processing Certification program is preferred Experience with all types of sterilizers Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions of the patient when needed Benefits USPI offers the following benefits, subject to employment status: Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance Paid time off (vacation & sick leave) – Starting PTO accrual is 15 days per year.
