Mgr - Mfg IT & Delivery

The Manager Manufacturing IT & Delivery is responsible for leading front-line IT service delivery for manufacturing plant operations, while continuing to manage service desk performance, end-user support, and endpoint lifecycle activities. This role owns the day-to-day IT relationship with plant leadership and production teams, ensuring plant-impacting issues are prioritized, escalated, and resolved in a way that protects safe and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

The position combines people leadership, service desk operations management, plant IT coordination, hands-on technical support, and delivery oversight for technology changes affecting the plants. The Manager uses ticket data, asset data, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance, identify recurring issues
