Interior Sales Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary client contact from first outreach through project completion. Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Lead client meetings, presentations, and pitches with confidence and clarity. Understand client needs and translate them into clear scopes of work. Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and pricing for proposed solutions.

Develop and present professional proposals that align with client goals. Actively sell On 1 services including millwork, furniture, graphics, and technology. Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize project value. Develop and manage project timelines and deliverables.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors. Oversee installations and resolve onsite issues. Maintain project tracking and reporting. Support ongoing business development and client retention.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and project management within interiors, fit-out, or construction. Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to pitch and close projects. Experience preparing estimates, proposals, and scopes of work. Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and business development activities.

Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience with FF&E, millwork, and construction processes preferred. CAD or drafting skills are a plus. Bachelor’s degree in related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Ability to read construction drawings and specifications. Experience with project management tools. PMP certification is a plus. Results-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
