• Digital Media Solutions (DMS) works with scientists, universities, organizations, societies, and publishers across more than 150 accounts from around the world to visualize and disseminate their work. Through our content writing and design services, we convert complex scientific ideas into engaging content and visuals tailored to different audiences. We are seeking writers to develop high-quality academic multimedia content. The role involves distilling technical source material into engaging narratives and creating storyboards for outputs such as graphical abstracts, infographics, and videos.

Job Responsibilities

Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to interpret published manuscripts and extract key insights, while ensuring that all content is scientifically accurate. Conceptualizing scientific concepts and heavy data into visual representations. Develop detailed storyboards with content, graphic guidance, and graphic references for designers.

Creating scripts for video narrations. Creating articles, summaries, social media posts, and other content, which may include desk research to supplement content, sourcing peer-reviewed scientific articles and citing references correctly.

Qualifications

and Prerequisites Master's and above in Physics, Chemistry or Medicine. Demonstrated ability to analyze manuscripts and synthesize complex information. Strong command of academic writing, grammar, and communication. Proficiency in conducting desk research and referencing scientific literature. Excellent responsiveness, reliability, and communication skills.

Essential Skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Creative mindset for visual storytelling in academic contexts.
