Family Development Coach
Job description
The Salome Ureña Campus Family Development Coach will use case management framework to address participant challenges and remove barriers that may impede their success in the program. Together with the participant, the Family Development Coach will assess and prioritize needs, plan and develop goals for themselves and their families, review options for continued education and career exploration, and re-evaluate these plans and goals throughout the program.
They will also utilize CA’s internal resources to support with concrete needs as well as explore external providers to ensure that participants’ needs are addressed in a comprehensive manner.
