• AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to join our Sales Department as a Relationship Officer Swadesh Banking. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities

:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote the bank's products and services. Identify customer needs and provide customized financial solutions including savings accounts, loans, and other banking products. Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively sourcing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and servicing of customers. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during customer interactions and transactions.

Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to senior management. Participate in community outreach programs to enhance the bank’s brand presence and promote financial literacy. Resolve customer queries and issues promptly to maintain trust and long-term relationships.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or relationship management within the financial services sector.
