Administrative & Accounting Specialist Summary: Bayside Marine, by Seattle Boat Co., is looking for an Administrative & Accounting Specialist! T his is a hands-on position that combines daily accounting responsibilities with customer service and general administrative support. Who we are: Over the past 40 years, Seattle Boat Co.

What You’ll Get: Annual Bonus Eligibility PTO and Holiday Pay Health and Dental Insurance 401K Retirement Plan Employee Events Seattle Boat and Bayside Marine Uniform What You’ll Be Doing: Accounting and Cash Management: Perform daily bank and cash reconciliations Enter vendor invoices and support accounts payable processing Maintain customer and vendor account information Coordinate with the centralized accounting team on questions, discrepancies, and month-end items Customer & Dealership Support : Assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email Process payments and provide receipts and other customer documentation Provide administrative support to the Bayside sales, service, parts, and management teams Help ensure the front office is organized, responsive, and welcoming to customers What We’re Looking For: Required : Strong attention to detail and accuracy Friendly, professional communication style Proficiency with Office 365 and ability to learn AA degree in any area of study Ability to provide driving abstract and complete a background check Preferred : P revious bookkeeping, accounting assistant, accounts payable, or administrative experience preferred A love for boating and the PNW boating waterway Dealership or marine industry experience is helpful, though not required Seattle Boat Company is an equal opportunity employer.
