Environmental Health Specialist-IN-Training

This is a trainee level position which performs work under the supervision of a Registered Sanitarian.  This employee inspects and evaluates sites that require permits and licenses under the jurisdiction of the Cincinnati Board of Health.  They respond to complaints, referrals, and directives by visually inspecting premises, issuing orders when necessary, advising violators, and enforcing code provisions.

Performs related work as required.
