The Human Resources Field Representative aids with and administers the human resources processes at the facility. This role ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal employment related laws as well as company policies and procedures. This position also assists in administration of employee health and welfare plans and is responsible for all employment related record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.

The HR Field Rep assists with employee relations and problem resolution as well as provides strategic and hands-on counsel and support on a broad range of long-term and day-to-day human resources and employee/labor relations.
