Machinist

Summary: Level I Machinist (0–2 years): Performs basic CNC machine operation, simple setups, inspections, deburring, preventive maintenance, and follows established safety and quality procedures.

Level II Machinist (3–4 years): Performs intermediate setups, prepares tooling and fixtures, operates multiple machine types, conducts advanced inspections, establishes offsets, and troubleshoots routine machining and programming issues.

Level III Machinist (4–6 years): Independently operates complex CNC equipment, performs advanced setups and troubleshooting, validates first-piece production, edits programs, applies SPC techniques, and mentors lower-level machinists.
