Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

The Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing will develop and implement strategic sourcing policies, creating cost estimates and forecasts, negotiating cost-effective contracts with key suppliers, and overseeing a team of cross functional members supporting Sourcing initiatives. This role will support the Director in overseeing the overall cost and material availability of raw materials and purchased Finish Goods in support of corporate goals. S/he will support efforts for continuous improvement initiatives focused on procurement cost savings, develop projects through detailed technical and financial negotiations, contract management, supplier relationship development, and develop systems and tools while maintaining quality and safety.
