Job description

Multiple Orange County Locations | Full-Time, Part-Time & Flexible Scheduling | $88,000–$92,000 annually Looking for a Physical Therapy position that gives you the flexibility to build a schedule that works for you —while still giving you the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care? At Coury & Buehler Physical Therapy (CBPT), we're looking for passionate Physical Therapists who want to grow professionally, build meaningful relationships with their patients, and enjoy where they work.

What Your Day Looks Like: Flexible Hours — 30–40 Hours/Week: We’re open to 30, 35, or 40-hour schedules and work with you to create a schedule that fits your life. Whether you're looking for a traditional full-time schedule or a little more flexibility, let's talk. 2 Patients Per Hour: Provide individualized, quality care without feeling like you're constantly racing from one patient to the next.

Our 2-patient-per-hour model gives you the time to focus on your patients and their goals. Fast, Streamlined Charting: We know documentation can take up too much of a PT's day. Our fast and efficient charting system helps you spend less time documenting and more time treating. PTLA Friendly: Starting your career? We accept PTLAs and are excited to support clinicians who are ready to learn, grow, and develop their skills.

Outpatient Orthopedic Care: Build strong relationships with your patients while delivering hands-on, patient-focused care in a collaborative outpatient orthopedic environment.

What We Offer

Competitive Pay: $88,000–$92,000 annually. Holiday pay and PTO. Medical, dental, and vision benefits. 401(k) with company match. Highly trained PT aides to support your clinical workflow. Performance bonuses. Year-long Mentorship Program. ABPTRFE-accredited Residency Program. Opportunities to become a Clinical Instructor, Supervisor, Director, or Regional Director.

Opportunities to develop specialty niches, such as Women’s Health. Partner track for PTs interested in ownership. Why CBPT? We're more than a clinic—we're a community passionate about enhancing lives. You'll work alongside an all-star team that values purpose, growth, teamwork, and culture while having the support and resources to build the career you want.

CBPT has been recognized as a Top Practice in the Nation , named a Top Workplace in Orange County , featured on PBS Innovations in Medicine , and named to the Inc. 5000 List .

What We're Looking For

Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist. PTLAs who are excited to begin their career. Passion for patient-focused care and building strong relationships. Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to an innovative private practice. Ready to Find a PT Job That Fits You? If you’re looking for flexible hours, manageable patient volume, fast charting, and a team that genuinely invests in your growth , we’d love to meet you.

Apply today and let’s build a schedule and career that works for YOU!
