NetSuite Functional Consultant

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Fully Remote / Pacific Time (PST) Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Net. Suite Functional Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a CPA-qualified Net. Suite professional with strong functional experience, a solid understanding of financial processes, and hands-on experience with end-to-end Net.

Suite implementations. You will work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate business requirements into practical Net. Suite solutions and provide functional support throughout implementations, enhancements, and ongoing system improvements. What You’ll Be Doing: Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and identify appropriate Net.

Suite solutions. Support end-to-end Net. Suite implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Configure and optimize Net. Suite based on business requirements and accounting processes. Work with Net. Suite financial modules and support core financial processes.

Translate business requirements into practical and scalable Net. Suite solutions. Identify opportunities to improve business processes and make better use of Net. Suite. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide solutions to clients and end users. Support system enhancements, testing, UAT, and system updates. Prepare functional documentation, process documentation, user guides, and other project-related materials.

Work closely with technical consultants and other teams to make sure functional requirements are properly understood and delivered. Provide functional guidance and support to clients during implementation and after go-live. Manage multiple priorities and deliverables while meeting project timelines and client expectations.

What You’ll Need: CPA qualification is required. 5+ years of relevant Net. Suite functional experience. Proven experience with end-to-end Net. Suite implementations. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Net. Suite financial modules and accounting processes. Good understanding of Net. Suite functionality, configuration, and business processes.

Strong accounting and finance background. Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into Net. Suite solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working directly with clients and business stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. What Will Set You Apart: Experience with SOX compliance. Experience working in a Net. Suite consulting or client-facing environment. Experience supporting multiple Net. Suite implementations and enhancement projects. Experience working closely with technical Net.
