The Epilepsy Center of Northwest Ohio is seeking a compassionate and organized Health Services Coordinator to oversee healthcare services for individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and waiver programs.

What You'll Do

Coordinate medical appointments, follow-up care, and healthcare services Manage medications, MAR reviews, refills, and pharmacy communication Provide staff training and coaching Monitor health concerns and ensure compliance with physician orders Conduct medication audits and quality assurance reviews Communicate with physicians, guardians, and residential teams Participate in an on-call rotation Qualifications Valid driver's license Healthcare, developmental disabilities, or human services experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Why Join Us?
