7-On/7-Off Nurse (RN) - Hospice [Oxford & Tupelo - North MS Service Area]

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN)to join our hospice team in anafter-hours, 7-on/7-off on-call role. This position is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a supportive, patient-centered environment and is committed to providing exceptional end-of-life care during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

In this important role, you will coordinate and manage patient care after regular business hours, ensuring that patients and families receive prompt, compassionate support when they need it most. You will assess clinical needs, provide skilled nursing interventions, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care.
