Position Summary
We are seeking a high-level Lube Technician to join our award-winning team. This role is critical to maintaining the reliability and satisfaction our customers have come to expect. The ideal candidate will be experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality automotive care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance services. Inspect and report on vehicle conditions to ensure the safety and reliability of repairs. Perform flushes and other maintenance. Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and address basic mechanical issues. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with shop standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining recommendations clearly and professionally.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar role. (Preferred but not required) Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance protocols. Ability to perform multi-point inspections and basic diagnostics. Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). (Preferred but not required) A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
