$22.89 to $26.32 /hr $1,500 Sign-On Bonus! Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Office Location: 1607 W Howard St. Chicago IL 60626 The Peer Support worker evaluates clients’ overall needs (personal, medical, emotional, social, and environmental) to guide treatment planning across home, community, and office settings. They provide individualized, motivational support to aid recovery from mental illness, advocate for clients, and connect them with community resources. Services are client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, using a harm-reduction approach for individuals with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.
