Regional Clinical Trainer – Maryland Region Regional clinical leadership. Hands-on training. Meaningful impact across 14 urgent care clinics. The Role CRH Healthcare is seeking an experienced Regional Clinical Trainer to support clinical training and development across our 14 Maryland urgent care clinics.
This individual contributor role is designed for an experienced Paramedic, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Radiologic Technologist (RT), or Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about developing others and driving consistent, high-quality patient care through clinical education. The Regional Clinical Trainer will deliver new-hire and ongoing clinical training throughout the Maryland region while partnering closely with Operations, Training, Occupational Health, Radiology, and Human Resources to strengthen clinical competency, consistency, compliance, and employee readiness.

What You Will Do
- Serve as a clinical Subject Matter Expert for the Maryland region
- Deliver hands-on clinical training for new and existing employees
- Support new-hire clinical onboarding and competency development
- Conduct regional Simulation Days and skills-based training
- Provide coaching and retraining when clinical performance opportunities are identified
- Reinforce CRH Healthcare clinical standards, procedures, workflows, and patient-care expectations
- Support clinical competency assessments and ongoing employee development
- Conduct center audits to support clinical quality and compliance
- Perform chart audits as directed by Training leadership
- Assess the proper use, maintenance, and availability of clinical equipment and resources
- Communicate updates related to clinical procedures, equipment, products, and workflows
- Partner with Operations and clinical leadership to identify training and development needs
- Support the implementation of new clinical programs, procedures, and training initiatives
- Travel regularly throughout CRH Healthcare’s 14 Maryland clinics to provide hands-on training and support
- Travel to the Corporate office up to quarterly, as needed
- Support day, evening, and weekend training needs when required Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a Paramedic, LPN, Radiologic Technologist (RT), or RN
- Minimum 2 years of clinical training, education, preceptor, or staff-development experience in a healthcare environment
- Completion of an accredited clinical program
- Current applicable clinical certification or license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, procedures, patient-care standards, and clinical equipment
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop clinical employees
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to accurately read, write, and communicate medical terminology
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly throughout the Maryland region
- Flexibility to work varied hours based on training and operational needs Preferred Qualifications
- Previous urgent care, emergency medicine, or ambulatory healthcare experience
- Experience delivering clinical training across multiple locations
- Experience facilitating hands-on clinical skills training or simulation-based learning
- Experience with Learning Management Systems or healthcare compliance platforms
- Experience conducting clinical competency assessments or quality audits Benefits

- AI-supported clinical charting tools Compensation Salary Range: $72,000–$88,000 annually Exact compensation may vary based on clinical credentials, relevant experience, clinical training experience, urgent care experience, and other job-related qualifications. This position requires regular travel throughout the Maryland region. Business-related mileage and approved travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with CRH Healthcare policy.
