About the role

Reports to: VP Global Revenue Own the go-to-market strategy and revenue targets for a defined region, leading relationships with banks, brokerages and wealth platforms and building the local team and partner network needed to scale BridgeWise in the market.

Requirements

7+ years in enterprise or institutional sales, ideally in fintech, capital markets data or B2B SaaS Proven track record closing complex deals with banks, brokerages or asset managers Existing network of relevant contacts in the target region Comfortable operating with significant autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment Fluent in English and the primary language of the region

Responsibilities

Build and execute the regional go-to-market plan, including target accounts, partners and competitive positioning Own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts from first meeting to signed contract Build and manage local partnerships that support pipeline generation and market credibility Represent BridgeWise in front of senior stakeholders at banks and financial institutions Hire, coach and manage regional sales talent as the market grows Report regularly on pipeline, forecast and market progress to global leadership
