Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency this year after spending six years working under another State Farm agent, gaining the experience and confidence needed to build my own office. I was raised in Puerto Rico and played college baseball, which helped shape my competitive spirit, adaptability, and strong work ethic. Our team currently includes two members, and we’re focused on growing thoughtfully while maintaining a positive, supportive environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
