/ Qualifications MATERIALS * TB Test Clearance or TB Questionnaire may be provided upon hire (if not attached to the application) * High School Diploma/GED must be provided upon hire, (if not attached to the application) * Resume (Must be in Word of PDF format) * Letter of Introduction (Must be in Word of PDF format) Attachments must be in Word of PDF format Incomplete applications will not be considered Letter of Introduction Proof of HS Graduation Resume TB Screening Result Comments and Other Information Classified Substitutes are on call as needed basis day to day for short or long term assignments (not permanent positions).
