Who are we looking for Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Typically 5–8 years of relevant experience in lending, financing, hire purchase, leasing, asset finance or credit operations, including supervisory or management responsibility.

Demonstrated ability to manage financing operations and deliver commercial results with sound credit discipline. Experience establishing a new business unit, implementing loan systems or developing operating procedures would be advantageous. Strong working knowledge of credit assessment, loan documentation, collections, financial analysis and portfolio monitoring.

Experience managing dealer networks and banking or financial institution relationships would be advantageous.
