Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2014 and is a close-knit team of three who work together in a supportive, balanced environment. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me firsthand experience and a strong foundation for building my own office. I’m a military veteran, originally from Oregon and raised in Arkansas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
