Project Manager / Project Engineer (MDM)

In this position, you will Manage end-to-end MDM projects including solution architecture design, service implementation, and vendor coordination. Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, identify risks and issues, and drive timely resolution. Organize regular project meetings, status reviews, progress reports, and cross-functional communication.

Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, implementation plans, and acceptance reports. Govern change management processes including software upgrades, patch deployment. Support customer-facing activities such as solution presentations, implementation coordination, and project acceptance.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in project management, system delivery, or related roles. Experience in MDM, EMM, UEM, enterprise mobility management, or device management projects is preferred.

Solid understanding of project management methodologies, with strong skills in planning, scheduling, risk control, and resource coordination. Strong communication, stakeholder management, requirement analysis, and cross-team collaboration skills. Ability to independently manage small to medium-sized projects, or play a key role in large and complex projects.

Familiarity with software project implementation processes, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Proactive, responsible, execution-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Certifications preferred: PMP, Information System Project Management certification, or equivalent project management credentials.
