Job description
This serves as an intermediate leadership role between Production Supervisors and the Production Manager. This position provides day-to-day operational leadership across multiple production lines, shifts, and/or departments while supporting strategic manufacturing goals. The Production Team Lead is responsible for meeting production, quality, safety, cost, and delivery objectives through effective leadership, employee development, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
The role oversees Production Supervisors and production personnel, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives are successfully executed.
