Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist provides HR support across multiple business units, with a primary focus on CSEC’s Food & Beverage operations. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, this role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and offboarding. The ideal candidate brings HR experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment such as hospitality, food & beverage, entertainment or retail.

This role requires a responsive, hands-on HR professional who can build strong relationships, manage competing priorities and provide practical HR support in an event-driven environment.
