Construction Superintendent

Large General Contractor seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team for a large, public works project located in Pacific Palisades.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years' experience supervising construction projects, preferably K-12, DSA, higher education, or LAUSD Large projects over $20mm Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts Ability to lead and communicate with subcontractors OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills What we Offer: Substantial room for growth We promote from within We provide training and professional development Positive team environment Compensation: $150,000 - $245,000 Additional Benefits: 401k with matching Healthcare Paid vacation & holidays Vehicle allowance (negotiable) Housing (negotiable) Performance bonus Christmas bonus
