Specialist Blue Yonder (formally JDA) Dispatcher / REMOTE

For a logistics multinational, we are looking for a Specialist Blue Yonder (formally JDA) Dispatcher with very high English. The required candidate will possess advanced technical experience, predominantly focussed on Blue Yonder (formally JDA) Dispatcher and display a high level of customer service skills and operational understanding. Experience

• Three plus year experience in 3PL from a systems and operational perspective.
• Extensive experience with BY Dispatcher from a technical configuration perspective (multiple versions)
• Track record of IT projects (implementations and development programmes) Specialist Knowledge & Skills
• Knowledge of WMS systems used within Logistics.
• Knowledge of change and release processes utilised for IT products
• Knowledge of the application and deployment of software testing / QA processes
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision 100% remote work Europe location
