Senior Customer Relationship Executive

As a Senior Customer Relationship Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our company's reputation and customer base. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service. You will be the face of Digitide Solutions, representing the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring prompt and efficient communication. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing timely and effective resolutions. Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to build rapport and gather feedback. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the team.

Assist in training and mentoring junior customer relationship executives. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional image. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Experience in the collections or manpower industry is preferred.

Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events. A results-driven and proactive mindset, with a passion for customer satisfaction.
