Engineer I, Industrial

Toray is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support our Production Control Department by improving efficiency, reducing waste, and increasing productivity within our prepreg manufacturing processes.

The role works closely with the Senior Industrial Engineer, Analysts, and manufacturing teams to observe operations, analyze production data, identify improvement opportunities, and develop measurable, KPI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of industrial engineering principles, production analytics, capacity planning, process improvement, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. This position offers hands-on experience and opportunities to strengthen skills in engineering, data analysis, and manufacturing while improving quality, cost, productivity, and operational performance.
