About the Role
We are seeking an organized and motivated Operations Coordinator (Entry‑level) to support daily logistics and back‑office operations. The role involves preparing reports in Excel, managing data from multiple systems, assisting with route monitoring, and coordinating with drivers and managers to ensure smooth execution.
Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
- Use Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting, and charts) to prepare reports and track performance metrics
- Download, organize, and manage data from different tools and systems into Excel
- Provide administrative and reporting support to help operations run smoothly Operations Coordination
- Assist with monitoring routes and coordinating with drivers when needed
- Collaborate with managers and operations teams to ensure seamless daily execution Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management is a plus)
- Good English communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., navigating spreadsheets, using formulas)
- Willingness to work on a graveyard shift schedule
- Openness to work onsite at our Eastwood, Quezon City office.
