Job Description: Head Coach � Varsity Classification: Licensed � Extra Duty (One-Year Appointment) Reports To: Athletic Director FLSA Status: Exempt (Stipend) Position Summary The Varsity Head Coach is responsible for the leadership, organization, supervision, and development of a comprehensive interscholastic athletic program for grades 9�12.

The Head Coach ensures student safety, promotes academic achievement, and fosters sportsmanship, integrity, and positive character development while complying with district, league, and OSAA standards.
