Site Leader
Job description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Leader to lead and oversee our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations. The Site Leader will have full operational and financial responsibility for the facility, including warehousing, fulfillment, inventory management, staffing, safety, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong experience in 3PL, warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and supply chain operations, who can build high-performing teams while delivering exceptional service and profitable growth.
