Research and conduct moderately complex engineering studies, using group expertise. Work collaboratively to establish comprehensive design criteria and standards, drawing upon diverse expertise and viewpoints to ensure robust, innovative solutions. Recognize, thoroughly investigate, and assess issues. Formulate effective solutions tailored to each problem.

Propose innovative and enhanced practices and procedures to optimize performance and efficiency.
