If you’ve worked in customer service, retention, cell phone sales or service, cable and internet support, or banking, your experience could translate into success here. What you’ll do Lead with empathy: Listen to customers, acknowledge their concerns, and treat them with dignity and respect. Help customers move from frustration toward practical solutions for past-due accounts.

Explain available payment options and guide conversations toward clear next steps. Balance compassionate service with accountability for collections quotas and performance goals. Document conversations accurately and follow company policies and procedures. What you’ll bring Strong listening skills and the ability to make people feel heard.

Patience and composure during emotionally difficult conversations. Confidence asking questions, discussing payments, and guiding customers toward action.
