Manager Student Accounts

StFX is seeking a Manager, Student Accounts to provide strategic and operational leadership for the University's student accounts and receivables function. This role oversees the integrity and continuous improvement of student financial processes, leads and develops the Student Accounts team, and ensures efficient, responsive, and customer-focused service delivery.

The Manager exercises independent judgment in applying policies and regulations, resolving complex and sensitive account issues, authorizing financial transactions, managing risk, and supporting compliance, institutional revenue, and a positive student experience.
