雲端伺服器B2B業務(Business Operation)

***Job Summary: As a business operation member who should be familiar with server product operation process(BOM, materials preparation, forecast, production process and shipment logistic) and Work with cross-functional teams (MC, Buyers, PMC, WH, MIS, and Logistics) to ensure products are delivered to customers on schedule and within cost.

***Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare materials based on customer forecast and allocation, coordinate with cross-functional teams to confirm shipment schedules, and arrange timely deliveries.
2. Continuously optimize inventory utilization to ensure on-time consumption and provide weekly updates to customers.
3. Lead, bring up and improve the program including service process, production process, supply chain, EDI/API
4. Handle customer requests and provide timely updates.
5. Joint sales pipeline review with sales team
6. Account receivables follow up with sales and regional team
7. Weekly forecast report
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, RBA, Warehouse) to ensure current processes comply with audit and compliance requirements.
9. Customer visit arrangement
10. Others assigned by managers

要求 / Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
2. 2+yrs ODM/OEM sales operations of Server industry experience is a plus.
3. Familiar with Supply chain, RFQ flow, and SAP system.
4. Strong communication, coordination, and Excel/reporting skills.
5. More confident in front of people and passion to work with team on issue clarification.
6. Can work with team in high demanding environment.
7. More detail orientated and accurate attention to the key point.
8. TOEIC 750+ is a must
