Key Account Manager – FMCG

Join Duracell as Key Account Manager, based in Warsaw, Poland, and take ownership of key customer relationships that drive our sales and profitability in the market. You'll be the main point of contact for your accounts, building long-term, trustworthy partnerships while working closely with Marketing and Supply Chain to align strategy across functions.

Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to maximize sales and profitability, establishing solid, long-term, and trustworthy partnerships with all handled customers Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication, serving as a reliable point of contact for our accounts Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and support for key account strategies across all functions Analyse client and market data to provide best-in-class customer relationship management and advisory, driving data-informed decisions Build continuously expanding category expertise across all necessary dimensions for long-term account success and competitive advantage Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market trends to the broader team and leadership Proven experience in key account management, sales, or related roles, preferably within the consumer goods industry Fluent English (verbal and written communication) to work effectively in our international environment Strong analytical skills and solid proficiency with Excel and data analysis Self-managing, open-minded, entrepreneurial mindset with strong motivation and drive Benefits Hybrid work environment Company car Medical insurance Multisport card International environment Opportunity to learn and grow
