Providing practical legal advice across a range of commercial and operational matters. Supporting the management of contractual risks and obligations. Assisting with disputes, claims, and regulatory matters when required.

What you’ll bring We're looking for a lawyer who combines strong technical skills with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach. You'll bring: A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a current New Zealand practising certificate. At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in commercial, contracts, corporate, or in-house legal practice.

Experience providing legal advice and contract support within a professional services, consulting, corporate, or similar environment. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate legal issues in a practical and understandable way. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach.
