• Private Equity CFO and Finance Leadership Finatal is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to specialise in c-suite and c-suite -1 finance appointments across private equity-backed businesses. You'll take ownership of your own market, partnering with investors and portfolio companies to deliver high-impact executive hire while building long-term client and candidate relationships. This is a great opportunity if you want a better platform to earn more commission, more genuine exposure to the Private Equity market and learning from 1million+ billers OR if you want to pivot your recruiting experience into Senior Finance/Private Equity markets.

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver against your revenue target. Win and develop new client relationships across the private equity ecosystem. Recruit senior finance leaders, including CFOs, Finance Directors and their direct reports. Source, headhunt, interview and manage candidates through to placement. Provide market intelligence and strategic hiring advice to clients and candidates.

Secure retained and exclusive search mandates. Build and execute a business plan to grow your desk and market presence. Support and mentor junior consultants while maintaining individual performance. Use CRM and market analytics to drive activity, opportunities and results.

About You

Proven recruitment experience, ideally within executive search, finance or professional services but we are open if you've recruited in other sectors and want to pivot sectors. Highly commercial with a strong business development mindset. Assertive, driven and results-oriented. A natural networker with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
