Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality print and digital materials that align with Atlantis brand standards. Beyond design responsibilities, the role serves as a marketing support resource by assisting with project coordination, purchase order creation, and other project support needs. Main Duties and Responsibilities Design and execute marketing and operational materials for Atlantis and its sub-brands, including presentations, flyers, advertisements, signage, outdoor advertising, promotions, special events, and sales collateral.

Create and design layouts, graphics, and visual concepts for both print and digital materials. Manage projects from concept through final production while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with graphic designers, brand managers, and marketing team members to develop creative assets. Adapt quickly to changing priorities, promotions, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Research current design trends across hospitality, travel, entertainment, fashion, social media, and related industries, applying relevant insights to Atlantis brands. Support marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and on-property activations. Create and process purchase orders, invoices, and supporting documentation for marketing projects and vendor payments.

Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely production, installation, and maintenance of marketing materials. Track project budgets, expenses, and marketing requests, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and follow-up. The company operates a twenty-four (24) hour business. Therefore, you may be rostered to work shifts, which may change from time to time.

Required Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong graphic design & desktop publishing skills Marketing experience preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience using: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In.
