Lab Supervisor

Techmer PM is seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Control / Color Lab Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our QC and Color Laboratories. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations while maintaining compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who excels in quality management, employee development, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
