Regional Recruiter

Join Behavioral Health Group (BHG) as a Recruiter supporting high-volume hiring for our treatment centers. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for field positions such as counselors and nurses, partnering closely with local leaders to attract and hire top talent. We’re looking for someone with 1–2+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and a passion for helping people.
