Security Agent -3rd Shift

Job Description: Security Agent Location: The Lodge of Four Seasons We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Security Agent to join our team at The Lodge of Four Seasons. The Security Agent will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees.

Responsibilities

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. Answer alarms and investigate disturbances. Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property.

Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary. Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas. Escort or drive motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations or to provide personal protection.

Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
