Operations Lead

The Operations Lead will support the day-to-day operations of the Construction and Self-Perform departments and serving as the primary operational partner to the Sr. Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will partner with senior leadership on time critical activities, oversee Construction Expeditor efforts, and drive process improvement across teams. Additionally, the candidate should be a proactive leader capable of guiding cross-functional teams through complex tasks and ensuring crucial deadlines are met.
