Enterprise Software Administrator, PFT

Reporting directly to the Network Services Supervisor the Enterprise Software Administrator (ESA) provides a planned, consistent and collaborative approach to enable enterprise applications to meet the governance and business requirements of the organization; providing first and second level support to users with respect to desktop/laptop, network applications, telephony, mobile device management, and IT equipment and software purchasing requirements.

They also provide second level support for all Enterprise applications as well as backup for the Network Administrator. The ESA reviews business processes and system requirements and makes recommendations for the use and management of Enterprise Applications.
